Is an OmniVale report a replacement for a licensed appraisal?
No. OmniVale produces an automated valuation model (AVM) report designed for pricing, screening and portfolio decisions. Where regulation requires a licensed appraisal, our report is a fast, data-rich complement — not a substitute.
Which property types are supported?
Single-family homes, condos, multi-family buildings and most commercial property types including retail, office and light industrial. Coverage depends on available public records for the location.
How is the rental yield calculated?
We estimate achievable rent from regional rental listings and lease data, then divide by the estimated market value. The report shows the local median so you can see how a property compares.
What does the risk analysis cover?
Flood and environmental exposure, vacancy trends, market liquidity and price volatility for the surrounding area. Each factor gets its own rating and a short explanation.
